Senior Microsoft Sales Associate

You’ll love it here! We are hiring immediately for a senior Microsoft sales associate, which we call a Microsoft senior advisor at Best Buy. In this role, you will be the face of the Windows store within Best Buy for everyone who visits our stores.

This role requires periodic offsite training.

What you’ll do:

• Share your passion and knowledge of Microsoft products with customers and team members

• Help customers find the perfect Microsoft product or solution and respond to their questions

• Create an amazing customer experience

• Participate in ongoing training provided by Microsoft

What we’re looking for: 

• 1 to 2 years’ experience in retail

• Knowledge of Microsoft products

• Ability to attend required periodic offsite training

• Enthusiasm to welcome and assist customers

• Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment

Base pay range

Hourly pay rate: $19.36 - $22.33
