Senior MFQ Engineer

1. Oversee 14Q and other quality approach in manufacturing area
2. Lead IDC improvement
3. Lead shop-floor process audit
4. Lead process quality problem analysis and improvement
5. Lead smoothly hand over from sample trial run to mass production

1. 统筹质量指导原则等系统方法在生产区域的实施
2. 主导IDC(内部失效成本)的改善
3. 主导测车间质量过程审核
4. 主导车间制程质量问题的分析及改善
5. 主导新产品从样品试制到量产的顺利过渡

1. Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above
2. Experience Requirements: 6-10 years
3. Professional Competencies: 8D, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, APQP, VDA6.3 
4. Language Requirements: Fluent in written and spoken English
5. Quality Requirements: Responsibility, Initiative, Cost awareness, Digital mindset
6. Other Requirements: Automotive industry or related quality experience, Proven track record in important quality improvement projects

1.学历要求：本科及以上

Compensation (from employer):
15000 – 22000 CNY (MONTHLY)
