Senior Media Account Executive, Digital Marketing

As a Senior Media Account Executive, you will serve as the key liaison between clients and internal teams, managing end-to-end campaign execution from briefing, proposal development, and ad setup to reporting and performance optimization. You will ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard by coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, maintaining strong client relationships, and overseeing campaign quality, timelines, and deliverables. You will also provide strategic consultation on media planning and campaign performance while driving operational excellence through effective communication, quality control, and vendor management.

What You Will Do

• Working directly with Account Manager/Account Director and clients, taking briefs, developing a proposal, and presenting to clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships that will assist in smooth and on-time project development and execution, as well as impact future business opportunities.
• Create and manage project scope and timelines, implementing any necessary processes and procedures.
• Meet and communicate consistently with internal and external teams to manage project scope, timelines, assets, progress, and client deliverables. 
• Write client briefs and work with internal teams to produce the best outputs.
• Work with other internal departments, such as the social media/creative department/media, to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Develop ad copy, catalog materials, UTM parameters, and collect other materials required for ad setup.
• QC the ad setup and provide quick campaign setup status updates to clients upon request.
• Making reports to reflect project progress, including risks, benefits, snapshot report of each campaign and KPIs achievement to the Account Manager/Account Director and clients.
• Consult client on performance and ad setup, media plan to have an optimal plan for the campaign
• Responsible for building & maintaining relationships with third-party suppliers to make sure input products meet desired quality & are delivered within deadlines
• Support other tasks if needed. 

Who You Are

• A recognized Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Marketing or a related field
• Proficiency in Vietnamese & English
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a digital marketing agency, and at least 2 years in an account executive role.
• Have experience in media agency is a plus
• Solid knowledge of digital marketing, performance marketing & ad platforms (Facebook, Google, Tiktok…)
• Result-driven and have a good sense of responsibility as well as a strong enthusiasm
• Excellent organization and documentation skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, task management systems) & familiar with ad systems (Facebook, Google, TikTok Ads…)
• Experience in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proven organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
• Excellent communication skills
