Job Summary:
TechSource, a Salas O’Brien Company, is hiring a full-time Senior HVAC Engineer to
serve as the technical subject matter expert to identify candidates and work
scope for future business growth. conduct construction document reviews and
work on large-scale projects from planning to execution phases supporting
Department of Energy (DOE) facilities.

Responsibilities:
 Identify candidates and work scope for large HVAC projects at two Department of Energy facilities.
 Provide HVAC technical direction to engineers.
 Plan, organize, and coordinate process/engineering team/design projects
from inception to project startup.

Qualifications and Experience:
 Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
 7 or more years of HVAC engineering experience in nuclear facilities, including project management experience.
 US citizenship is required.
 Working knowledge of federal (including DOE Orders), state, and local codes and standards applicable to HVAC design and systems.

Preferred Qualifications:
 Active DOE Q or Top Secret security clearance.
 DOE/NNSA work experience or knowledge.

Location: Hybrid work arrangement in Aiken, SC or Knoxville, TN, depending on
your location.

Compensation & Benefits:
The expected base salary range for this role is $180,000- $230,000 USD per year.
Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including
skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
