The Boeing CompanyBoeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior (Level L) Materials Management Manager (Systems Integration and Transformation) to join our dynamic team in either Renton, Auburn or Tukwila, Washington; Heath, Ohio; Houston or San Antonio, Texas; El Segundo or Huntington Beach, California; Huntsville, Alabama; Mesa, Arizona; Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Ridley Park, Pennsylvania; Hazelwood, Berkeley or St. Charles, Missouri.

Position Responsibilities:
- Manages and integrates employee and first-level manager activities across more than one area in materials management and transportation
- Develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, objectives
- Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
- Manages, develops and motivates employees and first-level managers
This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- More than 3 years of experience in a leadership role (i.e., manager, project manager, team lead, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- More than 5 years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Materials Management
- More than 3 years of experience in Production Control and Material Management processes
- More than 1 year of experience with Tableau or similar data analytics tools
- More than 1 year of experience with industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications & Products)
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+3 years' related work experience, Master+6 years' related work experience, 12 years' related work experience, etc.)

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range (OK): $124,100 - $153,300
Summary pay range (AL; AZ; MO; TX (San Antonio); OH): $133,450 - $164,850
Summary pay range (CA; PA; TX (Houston); WA) $142,800 - $176,400
