At P&G, the Senior Marketing Materials and Stewardship Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the preparation and coordination of point of sale materials (POSM), including tender specifications, shipment organization, and inventory management. You will work closely with suppliers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure smooth operations from order creation to delivery and installation support. This role offers hands-on experience in logistics, supplier collaboration, and project administration within a global company. 

Responsibilities

• Prepare specifications for tender briefs 

• Create and maintene purchase orders. 

• Support throughout the entire POSM project lifecycle 

• Receive and manage POSM inventory at the warehouse and support shipments. 

• Organize demand collection and coordinate SAP code requests for POSM equipment. 

• Monitor, prepare, and organize shipments for non-performed POSM inventory (NPI). 

• Assist in audit preparations and track order requests. 

• Manage logistics and production tenders, maintain specification databases, and track MSA assets. 

• Collaborate with suppliers for sample preparation and delivery.

• The job requires you to be based in Moscow (or you should be ready to move to location with the company's support) 

• Any higher education degree (up to 3 years after graduation) 

• Proficient level of Excel 

• Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate/B2 or higher level) 

• Readiness for a full-time work schedule (40 hours per week)
