Reports to: Global Robotics Segment Lead

Role summary:

Robotics is entering a hyper‑growth phase driven by advancements in edge AI, high‑performance compute, sensing, motion control, connectivity, and autonomy software. NXP aims to become the most trusted technology partner for autonomous robotic systems across Humanoids, AMRs, and Drones.

As Marketing Manager for Robotics, you will help define, build, and scale NXP’s system solutions and go‑to‑market strategy in this rapidly expanding domain. You will work as part of the Robotics business team to deliver system‑level value, win lighthouse customers, and drive global adoption of NXP‑based robotic platforms.

Requirements:

1. Drive the Robotics Segment Strategy in China

2. Identify market needs and trends, translating into product and solutions requirements.

3. Engage with architects and systems engineering teams to deliver system level solutions

4. Drive key customer engagements and convert to DWIN

5. Scale key DWINs to broader customer base through Ecosystem & Channels

6. Provide input to new products development

Responsibilities:

1.Bachelors degree in engineering (EE preferred)

2. 3 - 5 years experience in business development, marketing or systems engineering.

3. Experience in robotics, autonomy, perception, motion control, embedded systems, or adjacent markets preferred.

4. Marketing management and semiconductor experience.

5. Proven track record in go‑to‑market strategies.

6. Ability to work cross‑functionally.

7. Capable of engaging senior technical and business leaders.

8. Understanding of software and hardware components.

9. Experience scaling solutions through partners.

10. Strong communicator, fluent in Mandarin and English

11. Customer‑centric problem solver. Collaborative and proactive. Continuous improvement mindset.
