  2. Conducting Kaizen events
  3. Kaizen gap analysis & fixing the gaps
  4. PFMEA development for Packaging process
  5. CAPA, Defects and Root cause analysis
  6. Conducting Process validation and reporting process validation results
  7. Packaging sterilization requirements and process understanding
  8. Process improvement in Manufacturing engg. lines of medical products
  9. Understanding of Medical FDA standards and ISO 13485 standards
  10. Good understanding of GD&T and inspection techniques
