Senior Manager Test Equipment Engineering

Responsible for test equipment transfer, setup, qualification and release.

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Responsible for test equipment transfer, setup, qualification and release.
• Take ownership for Test Equipment stability sustaining and improvement including but not limited to equipment setting/qualification/PM etc & Test equipment stability (EQ setup, buy off, PM)
• Spare management
• Conform to all health and safety, security and quality systems related equipment.
• Liaison with IFX global counterparts to ensure a good communication and timely support from the overseas;
• Extend working scope to engage into new subcons different testers enabling by leverage Unisem Chengdu experience.

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Minimum of Bachelor Degree and above.
• 3-5 years working in experience semiconductor industry
• Experience in Subcontractors Management.
• Experience in Device Testing ,Processes and Procedures or Technology Development
• Familiar with tester setting up/qualification/sustaining etc.
• Understanding of assembly equipment and process
• Interfaces with other Functional team (Planning, Logistics, Product Eng., Test Development Eng., Quality) and Subcontractors (Engineering, Planning, Quality, Logistics)
• Project management skills and knowledge of product development processes.
