Job description
The Senior Manager, Technology Portfolio Lead is an operational supply steward within Technology Portfolio Planning & Operations and is responsible for maintaining strong planning discipline across a defined technology portfolio area. Operating as a local technology portfolio leader for a business area, group of products, or defined set of outcomes, you will provide an accurate and transparent view of capacity, dependencies, resource allocation, and technology portfolio signals so leaders can understand supply constraints, tradeoffs, and resourcing implications. As a trusted advisor to Product, Engineering, Enterprise Planning, Finance, and technology leadership, you will surface risks where demand exceeds supply, support scenario planning, and help translate portfolio insights into clear, actionable narratives that guide tradeoff conversations. You will also act as a conduit for global portfolio capabilities and processes, ensure initiatives are clearly defined and consistently tagged, support the integration of enterprise planning and financial inputs into local technology supply decisions, and contribute to continuous improvement across tools, processes, and operating rhythms as the role evolves from strong stewardship toward broader governance readiness.
