Who you are

Role purpose:

The Leadership Hiring Recruiter is responsible for leading all leadership hiring activities in India. This includes sourcing, assessing, and closing leadership positions across various functions and levels. The role will collaborate closely with business leaders, HR partners, and external search firms to ensure successful recruitment outcomes. 

Handles high-impact executive roles, with more involvement in shaping the organization’s strategic leadership capabilities.

Must have technical/professional qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field. 

6+ years’ experience in leadership recruitment with overall experience of 10+years.

Familiarity with executive search methodologies and tools.  

Strong understanding of the Indian job market and talent landscape.

Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

Relationship building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Results orientation: Drive for results and ability to meet hiring targets.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
