Participate in new product development (product definition, concept and prototype development, verification & validation, documentation, design, transfer) Lead software testing effort for new product development Write the test plan and test case base on the component requirement document and component design document. Build strong testing infrastructure and drive software reliability improvement. Work with cross-functional team to ensure product design meets the requirement for manufacturing, cost, service, and regulation.
