Senior Manager - Quality

Jasara Program Management Company is helping shape the future of social infrastructure in Saudi Arabia through a solutions-based, performance-driven approach. As a joint venture between Public Investment Fund, Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, the company brings together deep expertise to deliver complex programs that support Vision 2030 and raise the standard for project delivery across the construction sector.

In this role, you will provide senior leadership for quality across major infrastructure and social development programs, helping ensure that quality is embedded as a core driver of delivery excellence. You will work closely with program and project stakeholders to strengthen governance, improve consistency, and support high standards across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality assurance strategy across large-scale infrastructure and social development programs.
• Oversee compliance with quality standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to embed quality practices throughout program execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of quality management experience in large-scale infrastructure programs.
• Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional quality and project teams.
• Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives within complex program environments.
• Ability to work effectively with project directors, client representatives, regulators, contractors, and senior leadership.
• An advanced degree in engineering or a related field is a plus.
• Experience with ISO 9001, internal or external audit programs, CAPA, Lean, or Six Sigma is a plus.
