Senior Manager Product Management

Contributes significantly to the Infineon’s MV CoolGaNTM product strategy and roadmap

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Contributes significantly to the Infineon’s MV CoolGaN^TM product strategy and roadmap
• Through inputs/cooperation with customers and regional sales and marketing colleagues, brings new product ideas with strong business impact
• With support of technical marketing team, helps translate customer needs into system use-cases and product technical requirements for R&D
• Develops and communicates a deep understanding of key MV GaN markets, customers and technical requirements (down to the product level) to drive commercial success.
• Develops market introduction plans of new products
• Own the pricing strategy and drive complex customer negotiations in cooperation with other Product Lines and with Sales teams
• Supports G2M activities of existing MV CoolGaN^TM products by working with regional marketing and sales teams and direct customers
• Aligns with focus application marketing teams on product level fit at system level

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

Minimum Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field)
• Strong team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic work environment
• Willingness to travel - 20%
• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor product development, product marketing or application engineering related tasks with a strong emphasis on roadmap execution, winning projects and driving revenue
• Experience w/ GaN technology and/or products is preferred

Preferred Job Requirements

• Masters degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering (or related field)
• 10 years of work experience in semiconductors
• 1+ years of experience with GaN products
