We are looking for a driven, purpose-led change-maker who is passionate
about building a healthier, more sustainable and connected Central Singapore. Thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, the ideal

other stakeholders. Bring partners together to contribute resources, expertise and ideas, and co-create initiatives that benefit residents and the wider community.

3. Build & Engage Communities
Grow communities around healthy and sustainable living by bringing
residents, volunteers, partners and interest groups together. Create
opportunities for people to participate, volunteer, connect and take action, while building community ownership and sustained involvement.

4. Special Projects & Taskforces
Lead or contribute to special projects, cross-functional initiatives and
taskforces that support Central Singapore CDC’s strategic priorities and
emerging community needs. As a team lead, the incumbent will also be responsible for developing the team, managing programme resources and budgets, and ensuring initiatives are delivered effectively and achieve meaningful community outcomes.

[What we are looking for]

• Minimum 2 years of people management or leadership experience,
or equivalent experience leading teams, projects or cross-functional
initiatives.
