Senior Manager, OSAT Project Office

As a Senior Manager, OSAT Project Office, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization. You will be responsible for preparing and leading top management meeting agendas and offsite management workshops, facilitating top-level governance, infrastructure, and digitalization, and coordinating strategic initiatives. You will also act as an interface between top management and other stakeholders, working closely with our local BE site management and global cluster teams.

Job Description
In your new role you will:
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and lead top management meeting agendas and offsite management workshops to ensure desired outcomes are reached
• Facilitate top-level governance, infrastructure, and digitalization in leadership
• Coordinate and contribute to strategic initiatives and work with relevant stakeholders to ensure project completion or appropriate project handoff
• Orchestrate the strategy development and deployment processes; drive selected strategic topics
• Support the creation of presentations for internal and external occasions to share and communicate the Backend strategy and messages
• Act as an interface between top management and other stakeholders, working closely with our local BE site management and global cluster teams

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a similar field with a strong familiarity of the semiconductor environment market
• At least 6 years of professional experience in a relevant field, e.g., strategy development, strategy consulting, project and program management, operation/supply chain management, engineering, semiconductor industry
• Understanding of the external environment: clients, markets, competitors, business conditions
• A fast learner, who enjoys getting into a variety of topics, including topics with high complexity and novelty
• Resilient, persistent, and proactive attitude as well as trustworthy with confidential information
• Excellent communication skills and ability to distill complex topics, including being comfortable in discussion with upper management
• Strong networking skills with analytical and pragmatic skills and strategic thinking
• Strong time management, ensuring results are delivered on time and in quality
