Senior Manager Operations Planning & Controlling

Do you have a strong background in capacity planning, supply chain management, and team leadership? We're looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Capacity Planning Manager, where you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's growth and success. As a Capacity Planning Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of up to 8 Capacity Planners and overseeing the semiconductor planning process, including wafer sort, bump, assembly, and test capacity planning. You'll also be responsible for managing crisis situations, handling dynamic changes in demand, and leading predictive management of the supply chain.

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Managing a team of Capacity Planners up to a team of 8 team members
• Experience in Subcon Managements at upper management in Subcon environment
• Manage Semiconductor Planning Process, Wafer Sort, Bump, Assembly &Test Capacity planning
• Lead or initiate Semiconductor Material Management, Consignment process & control
• Manage crisis and handle Division dynamic change in demand and upside
• Lead in crisis and predictive management of supply chain
• Management presentation of summarize and concise manner

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Must be in Semiconductor Planning background
• Experience in Subcon Managements, working in subcon environment and advantage
• Knowledge in Semiconductor Planning Process, Wafer Sort, Bump, Assembly& Test Capacity planning
• Knowledge in Semiconductor Material Management, Consignment process &control
• Have semiconductor knowledge and experience in factory planning an advantage
• Good interpersonal skill & motivating manager
• Good presentation skill with clear and structure message
• Project Management skill and added advantage
