Job description
Jobs for Humanity is collaborating with Random Corp to build an inclusive and just employment ecosystem. We support individuals coming from all walks of life.
Company Name: Random Corp
We are seeking a Senior Manager who will steer strategic initiatives across our growing organization. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and people leadership, turning ambitious business goals into scalable programs that deliver measurable impact. As a leader in the organization, you will define and own the operating rhythm for your function, collaborate with executives to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, and lead a small, high performing team. You will role model inclusive leadership, coach and develop talent, and build a strong pipeline of internal successors while partnering with HR on hiring and development. Your day to day responsibilities include designing and implementing strategic initiatives, roadmaps, and success metrics; owning program management and governance, including cadences, risk tracking, budgets, and post implementation reviews; partnering with product, engineering, marketing, sales, finance, and people teams to align objectives and remove dependencies; analyzing data to inform decisions and presenting clear narratives to stakeholders; championing process improvements that accelerate growth and increase efficiency; and developing the capabilities and career paths of your team through mentorship, performance feedback, and targeted development plans. Expected outcomes from your work include timely and within budget delivery of strategic programs, stronger cross functional alignment and accountability, improved operating metrics such as cycle time, efficiency, and customer impact, and a measurable contribution to revenue growth and cost optimization. You will be measured by the clarity of roadmaps, adoption of new processes, team engagement, and the ability to scale operations as the organization grows. Culture and environment: We foster a fast paced, collaborative, and inclusive culture where curiosity, humility, and accountability are valued. You will work with cross functional partners across product, technology, sales, marketing, finance, and people teams in a hybrid or remote friendly environment that emphasizes transparent communication, psychological safety, and continuous learning. Growth and development: This role offers a clear path toward more senior leadership, with opportunities to broaden scope to larger programs, P&L ownership, or a Director level role as the organization scales. You will have access to mentorship from senior leaders, formal training budgets, and a community of peers focused on innovation and impact. Benefits and compensation: We offer a competitive compensation package with base salary and annual bonus, equity where applicable, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits, a 401(k) plan with company matching, generous paid time off and parental leave, wellness programs, professional development stipends, flexible vacation policy, and flexible work arrangements to support work life balance. What we look for: to succeed in this role you will bring 7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or program management, with at least 3 years in people leadership. You have a track record of delivering cross functional programs, strong analytical capabilities and data driven decision making, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to influence and motivate without direct authority. A Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field is required; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus. We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
