Senior Manager of PSOC Edge and PSOC Sense SW Product Marketing

We are currently seeking talented a Senior Manager of PSOC Edge and PSOC Sense SW Product Marketing who wants to join a dynamic and experienced team and take their technical knowledge and people skills to the next level in our mission of excellence.

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Devise, develop and drive paradigm changing visions and associated strategies for:
  • Rapidly emerging edge-device embedded AI SW
  • State-of-the-art cloud-based generative AI capable development tools/SW
• Translate those strategies into actionable roadmaps comprised of owned, licensed, and partner technologies advancing next generation SW and tools to fully unleash PSOC Edge and PSOC Sense MCU families’ advanced capabilities including:
  
  • Vision and video
  • Graphics and advanced HMIs
  • Edge AI and autonomous operation
  • Sensing
  • Security
  • Connectivity

• Execute those roadmaps setting off a wave of pervasive MCU-based edge solutions which revolutionize end users’ experiences in our target markets, creating a generational opportunity for our broad-based customers to differentiate their edge devices by leveraging our fully enabled industry leading capabilities
• Drive a rapid revenue ramp as your ensuing go-to-market implementation substantially grows the customer base by riding the edge device wave exceeding company key financial metrics as team executes to the business plan you previously created which captured target market, customer and application TAM/SAM and SOM conversion data anticipating the industry mass move to high value autonomous edge devices end users love.

• To achieve the above you will also:
  
  • Drive cross division cooperation and alignment on key SW/tools topics, development and deployment.
  • Collaborate with application marketing, business development, engineering, project management and corporate marketing teams to guide product priorities, execution, and delivery
  • Work closely with global sales and regional marketing teams to engage customers and design in PSOC MCU-based edge solutions
  • Develop and deliver marketing content including competitive positioning, product updates, sales trainings, webinars, whitepapers, etc.

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• 10+ years of experience in microcontroller or microprocessor SW product marketing and/or SW engineering role
• 5+ years of edge MCU focus for new products with high strategic importance
• 3+ years if edge AI experience
• 3+ years of cloud-based SW/tools development and infrastructure experience
• 1+ years of generative AI experience relative to code/algorithm development
• 3+ years embedded MCU security experience
• Proven track record of defining and delivering successful business critical products to market
• Strong focus on delivering results to plan
• Ability to engage customers at executive and engineering levels
• Solid understanding and proven track record of product marketing and product definition processes
• Strong knowledge of embedded systems, including software and tools
• Strong understanding of market and competition for processors and connectivity solutions
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Ability to motivate and excite people and influence customers and internal stakeholders
• High performance attitude to life: self-driving, self-motivating, enthusiastic, dynamic, adaptable, win/lose with the team as a team, finish what you start.
• Master's/Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent), MBA preferred

Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate:

Minimum of $ 182,300 per year and maximum of $ 250,700 per year

In addition, all full-time employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan
