Job description

About 3i

3i Members is an invitation-only community of private investors who share deal flow, insights, and relationships. What started as an investment platform has become a tight-knit community where members do everything together – from investing to learning, from starting companies to building lasting relationships.

Senior Manager, Network Programs

3i is hiring a Senior Manager, Network Programs to lead one of our biggest engagement drivers: the monthly education series.

Reporting to the SVP of Network, you will build and scale 3i's Education Program, a core pillar of the member experience. Launched this year, the series brings members together on topics they care deeply about: supporting family offices with their investments, tax-efficient estate planning, asset class deep dives, family office tech stacks, and investor-specific AI workflows, alongside personal topics like navigating life after an exit. You will work cross-functionally with the deal team on sprints, the membership team on engagement, and leadership across the org. You will own the product direction and deliver a high-quality experience end to end that moves retention.

Who you are:

A full-stack creative program builder with operational rigor. Uses customer insight and data to shape a program, sees both the high-level structure and the granular details that matter, and holds a very high bar for what good looks like. Goes deep on a complex space fast, builds a high-quality program end to end, lands the right speakers. Sharp, high-horsepower, nimble, creative, operationally excellent. This is a new product line with a working prototype in place. We want someone to push it creatively, make it their own, and build the product that differentiates 3i.

Responsibilities

Build and scale high-end programs end to end.

  • Own Education as a core pillar and defining product of 3i: the experience that keeps members coming back.

  • Set strategy and long-term vision with leadership, down to the specific topics.

  • Sprint on niche, sophisticated topics and map the space. Examples: investing software, alternative asset classes, navigating estate planning

  • Design and execute the full program: know what members should learn and where the value is, then handle speaker sourcing, sequencing, communications, and logistics. Deliver something tactical, high-value, and personalized to the room, including assets like white papers and partner opportunities.

Operate, scale, and measure impact.

  • Build a system that keeps you close to members and informs what you program.

  • Own the calendar, build feedback loops, measure what's working, and iterate.

  • Tie programming back to engagement and retention. Track whether the right members show up, return, and renew, and steer what you build next.

Manage key relationships.

  • Build trust with members. Stay in discovery, immersed in their world, so you know what they care about and what only 3i can deliver.

  • Manage stakeholders across leadership

About you

  • Background: Consulting, strategy, or banking in a fast-paced environment, ideally spinning up similar programs for clients or internally. Familiarity with investing preferred; interest in community business ideal

  • Autonomy and speed: Operates independently, learns fast, and takes ideas from 0 to 1 through execution and iteration.

  • Product mindset: Operationalizes ideas, listens to users, and builds scalable programs through rapid feedback loops.

  • Program design: Builds programs from scratch with an eye for structure, impact, and memorable participant experiences.

  • Cross-audience fluency: Engages diverse audiences, builds trust, and balances structure with authenticity.

  • High-output execution: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and willing to roll up your sleeves at every stage of the work.

What We Offer

  • In Office Culture: NYC HQ 5 days a week, with flexibility for regular travel for in-person programming

  • Benefits: Health/Dental/Vision - Unlimited PTO

  • Opportunity to work for, and learn from, some of the most accomplished investors, operators, and founders in the world.

Compensation (from employer):
$140K – $165K • Offers Bonus
