Job Description
In your new role you will:
As a Product Marketing Engineer for IP licensing, the candidate will be reporting into the Sales organization for Memory Solutions in a full-time position. The focus of this role is to develop and grow our embedded memory IP business in China mainland, with focus on strateg iccustomer relationships and opportunities. Main responsibility is to achieve P&L targets by developing and maintaining customer accounts.

• Develop and execute business growth plans in China mainland.
• Responsible for China IP Licensing P&L and prepare 5-yr annual forecast.
• License Infineon proprietary embedded memory technology to fab sand/or fabless companies.
• Identify and engage potential licensees, promote IPs, negotiate and close license deals.
• Work with legal to prepare license contracts.
• Maintain and grow the existing customer base while developing new accounts.
• Manage existing portfolio to make sure all payments are collected timely.
• Develop and build senior-level relationships internal and external to major accounts and targets.
• Make sure all license activities are compliant with regulatory requirements.

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• BSEE or equivalent 4-year degree. MSEE desired.
• 5+ years in similar roles in technology licensing at asemiconduction or IP organization.
• Solid understanding of IP business.
• Deep understanding of embedded flash technology and applications.
• Strong project management and negotiating skills
• Excellent communication & presentation skills in Chinese and English
• Travel requirements: ~20%.
