We are hiring a Senior Manager - Information Technology to drive our digital transformation and enhance business processes with innovative AI solutions. 

Responsibilities

• Provide the overall technology vision, supporting process redesign initiatives aligned with Group’s digital transformation strategy, including AI adoption

• Serve as a strategic business partner, collaborating with senior executives and key stakeholders to identify business process improvement, validate requirements, and drive AI adoption across teams/Business Units

• Research, evaluate, and champion innovative technologies and initiatives, including chatbots, knowledge management solutions, AI Agent, agentic processes and system integration

• Collaborate closely with IT infrastructure and security teams to define technical requirements and develop solution architectures, where applicable

• Lead the design and governance of system architecture blueprint, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and industry best practices

Requirements

• Minimum of 10-15 years' relevant experience in business system and digital transformation, with at least 5-7 years in a leadership or management role

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline

• Solid business acumen with hands-on experience in delivering AI projects on enterprise platforms (e.g. AWS, OpenAI/ChatGPT, Microsoft, Google, Feishu)

• Proven experience in enterprise-grade systems, including real estate management systems and/or ERP systems, with a strong track record in data transformation and system integration projects

• Strong negotiation, consensus-building, and stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to engage with internal customers, senior executives, and technical teams

• Excellent interpersonal skills with fluent verbal and written communication in both English and Chinese
