Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Lead Kaizen events, value stream mapping, 5S, SMED and other Lean tools across Backend.
• Develop and support digital transformation of Lean training & workshops.
• Track NLoP/Productivity Harvest KPIs and analyze performance data to sustain long term productivity improvement.

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Must be a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, preferably MasterBlack Belt.
• Strong understanding of Lean principles and methodologies like ValueStream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to train, coach, and run VSM workshops.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
• Proven track record of successful Lean implementations in manufacturing environment.
