Senior Manager HSSE

In this role you're responsible for maintaining adherence to occupational health, safety, environmental and security regulations, managing compliance, leading investigations and coordinating training programs.

In your new role you will:

• Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, environmental andsecurity regulations, including ISO 45001:2018, SMK3, TAPA-FSR, humanrights, business continuity ISO 22301, and security management system
• Manage and maintain compliance with regulatory bodies and otherrequirements, ensuring adherence to HSSE regulations and policies
• Lead investigations to determine root cause and implement short- andlong-term solutions, with timely follow-up on recommended actions
• Coordinate HSSE training programs, develop site Emergency Responseteam capabilities, and ensure HSSE risk assessment is performed andreviewed
• Develop and implement sound response strategies to mitigate HSSErisks
• Lead fire protection system assessments and ensure adherence to fireprotection standards
• Maintain effective safety communication, information, and educationthroughout the organization.
  

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Occupational Health & Safety Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HSSE Manager in manufacturing, preferably in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing
• Proven experience in maintaining HSSE certification and relevant training in ISO 45001:2018, SMK3, TAPA-FSR, human rights, business continuity ISO 22301, and security management system
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team player skills.
