Senior Manager / Director - Factory Integration

We are searching for a Factory Integration Expert who will take charge of stakeholder management, FI roadmap development, performance management, employee engagement and operational excellence.

In your new role you will:

• Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, providing standardised FI solutions that meet their requirements.
• Factory Integration (FI) Roadmap Development: Create and own the site-oriented FI activities and roadmap, aligning with site business goals and FI objectives, and identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
• Performance Management & Employee Engagement: Foster a culture of excellence, encouraging the development of transferable skills among employees, and promoting a positive team culture.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure the proper execution of the FI Operating Model, meeting site-specific FI Operational KPIs, and driving continuous improvement.
• Site Coordination: Act as a key coordinator for site-related topics (e.g systems PM, stability drive), partnering with FI, IT, and stakeholder organisations to deliver FI services and projects that meet expectations.
• Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate open communication channels, driving commitment to action through consultation and consideration of impacts, and collaborating with FI and relevant functions to raise awareness of global FI and business strategies.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration)
• Proven experience of at least 10 years in IT, factory integration, stakeholder management, and operational excellence in the semiconductor industry
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills. 
• Ability to think strategically, driving business growth and improvement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Stay updated on industry trends, user experience best practices, and emerging technologies
