The Senior Manager, DevOps Engineering (m/f/d) is responsible for leading and scaling DevOps engineering teams to deliver reliable, secure, and automated CI/CD platforms, enabling efficient software delivery and operational excellence across the enterprise 

This position reports to the of Director, DevOps & Release Engineering and is part of the Enterprise Engineering team and will be located onsite in Krakow, Poland.

What you will do: 

• Lead, coach, and develop high‑performing global DevOps and release engineering teams, fostering an automation‑first and continuous improvement culture  
• Own delivery outcomes, platform stability, and team performance across DevOps and release engineering capabilities  
• Establish and govern enterprise DevOps and release practices for internal and supplier‑managed platforms, including CI/CD, environment management, and SaaS deployments  
• Drive modernization initiatives across cloud‑native architectures, containerization, microservices CI/CD patterns, and GitOps workflows  
• Ensure platform reliability, observability, and operational excellence through metrics, monitoring, and continuous improvement  
• Define and track KPIs for pipeline performance, release quality, deployment success, and operational reliability  
• Ensure DevOps practices align with enterprise standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GxP)  
• Lead evaluation, adoption, and lifecycle management of DevOps tooling, platforms, and emerging technologies 
   

Who you are:  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field  
• Proven experience leading global engineering teams and managing vendor and offshore partnerships  
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms and DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD, security automation, and observability  
• Experience aligning DevOps capabilities with Agile delivery frameworks and enterprise governance  
• Relevant DevOps, cloud, or platform certifications preferred
