Senior Manager, Continuous Improvement

- This role is responsible for leading Lean Business Transformation by employing Lean Business System standards across an assigned regional area to improve operational performance. - Drive operational process rigor across end-to-end value streams creating sustainable positive impact across Patient Services, Laboratories, Logistics, and other key functions. - Develop and directly lead a portfolio of Lean initiatives to improve productivity and costs across operational business processes and sub-processes, and drive increase in revenue. - Drive the development of a continuous improvement culture by demonstrating and coaching stakeholder teams on Lean Six Sigma principles and toolkit. This is a Hybrid position. The incumbent must reside in a commutable distance to one of our offices in Tampa, FL, Tucker, GA, Greensboro, NC and Miramar, FL.
