Job Summary:
A career in our Compliance Managed Service practice within Risk Consulting, will provide you with the
opportunity to assist clients in developing solutions that help them detect, monitor, and predict compliance
risks. You will also help business leaders solve business problems using the best of data analytics tools
and technologies.
Job Description:
As a Director, you’ll have a key focus on business development and building sales pipeline for the
practice. You are required to understand the business of the client, build relationships, enhance trust, and
provide consultancy along with hands-on design and development of the solution.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
 Assist the practice grow in the focus area of controls & compliances and create solutions tailored
for pharma clients.
 Focus on key accounts and build sales pipeline for the practice by supporting sales proposals
 Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients
 Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen – Pharma compliances
across Sales and Marketing function such as Healthcare professional interaction, Pricing and
Claim management for India and Global operations.
 Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges
 Train, coach, and supervise staff
 Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand
 
Skills Required:
 Account Management and previous experience in Hunting as well as Farming accounts
 Experience in Internal audits, Process design, Compliance framework design, Risk/Data Analytics
and analytics based solutions
 Ability to drive pursuits and work with the business stakeholders and clients
 Previous experience in delivering managed services solutions to clients
 Experience in Stakeholder management, project management and pursuits.
 Must be an effective communicator, who has a proven record of providing consulting experiences
to global clients
 Prior Consulting/Big 4 experience

Preferred Qualifications:
 CA from a reputed college/ University
 MBA is a plus
 Prior Consulting experience is preferred
 Significant – 10+ years of experience in internal audit, controls and compliance profile with
minimum 5 yrs of experience in Pharma
