Infineon Technologies Americas Corp. is seeking a Senior Manager Account Management (San Jose, CA) to drive all aspects of the automotive business at targeted accounts with an emphasis on Power Semiconductors, Microcontrollers, Memory, and Sense and Control applications. Drive and lead all aspects of demand creation. Work closely with Product Line, Marketing, Application/Product Engineering, and other groups within Infineon to ensure success with the customer. Responsible for demand fulfillment, including but not limited to the coordination of customer and field quality support, PCN’s, logistics topics, forecasts, and managing accounting issues and part shortages. Manage and drive contract negotiations, support system cost reduction initiatives, and manage the overall quoting process. Complete and update Monthly Sales Forecasts based on knowledge of customer applications, sales trends, ramping programs, and end of life programs. Work with global sales teams, internal sales, marketing, and application engineering to develop and execute account strategies and develop new business opportunities. Understand customer systems and requirements to propose Infineon systems solutions and value propositions that meet customer needs. Establish and develop key relationships at all levels between Infineon and customers, including but not limited to Purchasing, Engineering, Program Management, Sales Management, Quality, and Operations. Develop relationships within Infineon product groups, service organizations, and headquarters. Stay current on Infineon’s product offering and influence product roadmaps to align with customer needs and long-term strategies.

Salary Range: $200,304 – $220,334 per year

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field and six (6) years of experience in Automotive Sales and developing business with Tier 1 Customers and/or OEM customers. Must have experience with: Automotive electrical and electronics systems; BEV (Battery Electric Vehicle) applications/systems; Creating system block-diagrams of semiconductor components and documenting communication interfaces between components; Automotive engineering/semiconductor engineering; Identifying and driving design win opportunities; Leading cross-functional and international project teams; Advising clients on the functionality and integration of microcontrollers; Programming and debugging microcontrollers using Autosar-SW; Using heat maps/reverse engineering to identify relevant applications for product and system solutions; Working with CRM tools such as Microsoft Dynamics to manage MSD pipeline set goals for design win targets; and Creating Bluebook/Business Plans and growth strategies that demonstrate overlap between customer and business strategies. Local telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week. 5% domestic travel and 10% international travel required.
