Senior Lead Software Engineer (ServiceNow)

About you – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

• Minimum 7 years of experience in strong implementation, design, configuration and development in ServiceNow platform.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies & DevOps practices.

It would be great if you also have experience in:

• Experience in NowAssist & Agentic AI capabilities.

• Good to have ServiceNow certifications in CIS-ITSM, CSA, CAD, CIS-Discovery, CIS-HAM, CIS-SAM.

What will you be doing in this role:

• Design, configure, develop ServiceNow requirements across ITOM Cloud Discovery, CMDB, ITSM, HAM & SAM modules.

• Configure and develop scalable integrations with enterprise systems.

• Configure and develop UI policies, Business Rules, Flow Designer flows, Script Includes, Client Scripts etc.

• Good to have experience in designing AI-driven workflows leveraging: Now Assist, Virtual Agent, AI Search, AI Agents capabilities.

• Collaborate with team members to participate in code reviews, sprint release planning, platform upgrades, and production support.

• Mentor and help junior developers by providing technical guidance and suggesting best practices.
