About the team: Energy, Resources and Infrastructure

G+T’s Energy, Resources and Infrastructure team works on market-leading projects and transactions that shape the Australian energy and resources sector. Our team’s extensive experience across mining, oil and gas, and renewable energy enables us to advise on projects throughout their entire lifecycle - from acquisition and development through to operations and divestment.

Our team in Perth includes highly motivated and ambitious individuals, including partners Michael BlakistonClaire BoydMark McAleerClare Pope and Christopher Marchesi who are all recognised as leaders in their field. 

About you

You are a driven and collaborative professional with a desire to work on high-profile, complex and high-value transactions. You thrive in a team environment where performance is recognised and rewarded.

In addition, you will have:

  • Five or more years’ post-qualification experience (or equivalent)
  • Deep understanding of mining and oil and gas regulatory frameworks in Australia
  • Outstanding drafting skills
  • A desire, and the capacity, to work on high profile and technically challenging matters
  • Superior analytical, communication and organisation skills
  • Ability to work effectively with clients
