* Good Hands on Experience in Java, J2EE, Struts, JSP, Servlets, Spring, Hibernate. 

* Experience in Core Java hands on experience must. 

* Strong in backend technologies 

* Should have Good Communication Skills and Team Management

* Experience in front end technologies is added advantage
