What will you need to be successful?
- Proven leadership in IT demand management, portfolio management and governance, with the ability to shape prioritisation decisions and influence outcomes at an enterprise level
- Strong, hands on experience with ServiceNow SPM or similar portfolio and PPM tools, using high quality data to drive transparency, insight and executive decision making
- Deep understanding of IT investment governance, financial planning, forecasting and budget management, including reconciliation of actuals across large, complex portfolios
- Executive presence and resilience, able to engage confidently with senior leadership, remain composed under pressure, and navigate challenge and ambiguity with a constructive, outcomes focused approach
- Advanced analytical capability, with strong Excel skills and experience using data visualisation tools such as Power BI to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights
- Ability to operate effectively across global time zones, demonstrating flexibility in working hours and a collaborative mindset when partnering with international stakeholders
The anticipated gross annual base compensation range for this position is 251 000–376 250 PLN.
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on objective, job related factors including (but not limited to) relevant skills, qualifications and experience, scope and responsibilities of the role, geographic location and internal equity considerations. Compensation decisions are made using consistent and gender neutral criteria, in line with applicable pay transparency laws. This role has been evaluated within our internal job architecture and mapped to a defined pay band to ensure consistency and fairness.
