Senior Ingentis Consultant

Müller's Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Ingentis Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your deep knowledge of Ingentis solutions to help clients design, implement, and optimize organizational and HR management systems. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored consulting services that enhance their operational efficiency and data management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into effective Ingentis solutions.
• Design, configure, and implement Ingentis software to meet client-specific organizational and HR needs.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices regarding organizational visualization, process optimization, and data integration.
• Lead workshops and training sessions to empower client teams in using Ingentis tools efficiently.
• Collaborate with technical teams during system integration and testing phases.
• Maintain documentation related to consulting engagements, system configurations, and project progress.
• Stay updated with the latest Ingentis product features and industry trends to continuously improve client solutions.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Ingentis solutions in a consulting capacity.
• Strong understanding of organizational management, HR processes, and data visualization techniques.
• Proven track record in configuring and deploying Ingentis software tailored to client requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Experience conducting workshops and training sessions for various client audiences.
• Relevant Ingentis certifications or training is a plus.
