Senior Implementation Specialist - Taiwan

We are seeking a Senior Implementation Specialist to join our team in Xinyi District, Taiwan. In this role, you will lead the successful implementation and deployment of enterprise solutions for our clients across the Taiwan market. You will be responsible for managing complex implementation projects from initiation through completion, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. 

You will be the operational point of contact for:

• On the ground implementation for Taiwanese merchant onboarding, project coordination, and cross-functional delivery — helping to ensure a seamless go-live and high customer satisfaction.
• This role is individual-contributor based, with no people management and no process optimisation ownership.
• You will be working across teams and markets, applying operational excellence to drive value through project execution and merchant outcomes.

• 3-5+ years of professional experience in implementation, systems deployment, or related project management roles 
• Proven experience managing enterprise software implementations (ERP, CRM, or similar systems)
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Demonstrated stakeholder management and client-facing project delivery experience
• Proficiency in process documentation and business process analysis
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Mandarin Chinese is required in order to communite cross functionally with counterparts in various countries and cultures.
