Avient is seeking a strategic, business-minded Senior HR Generalist to support our Specialty Engineered Materials business, with direct responsibility for the global technology team, as well as support for segment HR projects and initiatives. This highly key role offers a unique opportunity to partner directly with business leaders and help drive the HR strategy for a key growth area in the company. Reporting to the Global HR Director, this leader will influence business leaders, coach leaders through challenges, and support a team that is a key strategic driver for growth in the company.
