OIKONOMAKIS LAW is an international law firm with offices and associates across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.

We are building one of the most sophisticated HubSpot CRM environments within the legal sector, designed to support international legal services, business development, immigration, KYC, corporate matters, public authorities and cross-border client management.

We are seeking an exceptional HubSpot specialist to implement this architecture.

You will implement an already designed enterprise HubSpot CRM architecture.

The project includes:

* CRM architecture implementation

* Custom Objects

* Custom Properties

* Association Labels

* Permissions

* Security

* Workflows

* Automation

* Data Cleansing

* Data Mapping

* CRM Migration

* Multi-object Imports

* Quality Assurance

* Testing

* Documentation

You will also execute the migration of existing databases into the new architecture while preserving data integrity and relationships.

Requirements

Applicants must demonstrate proven experience in:

* HubSpot Enterprise

* CRM Architecture

* HubSpot APIs

* Custom Objects

* Association Labels

* Workflow Automation

* CRM Migration

* Data Mapping

* Data Cleansing

* SQL

* Python

* REST APIs

* JSON

* CSV Processing

* Excel Power Query

* Duplicate Detection

* Quality Assurance

* Technical Documentation

Experience with enterprise implementations is mandatory.

Experience within LegalTech, Law Firms, Financial Services or Professional Services will be considered a major advantage.

Excellent English communication skills are essential.

Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates will receive a comprehensive internal HubSpot CRM Architecture Manual prepared specifically for this project.

Candidates will be expected to:

* review the documentation thoroughly;

* confirm whether they are capable of implementing it;

* identify any potential technical challenges;

* explain their implementation methodology;

* provide an estimated implementation schedule.

Candidates who successfully complete the technical evaluation may be invited to a technical interview.

Engagement

Initially, this engagement is expected to focus on implementing the project within approximately one month.
