Senior GRE Stress Engineer – Piping with proven experience in performing detailed stress analysis to ensure that all potential loading conditions on piping systems are thoroughly evaluated and addressed within the design framework. The role guarantees that all piping system complies with safety, performance, and regulatory requirements.
Job responsibilities :
- Perform stress analysis and design verification of Glass Reinforced Epoxy (GRE) piping systems
- Expert in Bond strand systems in accordance with applicable international codes (ISO 14692)
- Review and approve GRE vendor drawings, stress reports, and calculations, ensuring technical compliance, accuracy, and constructability.
- Strong hands-on experience in CAESAR II
- Hands on experience in Pipe supports is mandatory
- Guide and mentor Junior stress engineers
- Effective communication with multi-disciplinary teams
- Ability to justify results technically to Client
- Experience in Oil & Gas / EPC projects is required
Experience:
- 10-15 Years of relevant experience in GRE Pipe Stress Analysis
Educational Qualification:
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
