Performs a range of routine to complex accounting, financial, compliance and administrative functions in support of programs and projects funded by grants and/or special revenue and represents the Grants Manager as needed. This includes processing complex financial transactions, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, recordkeeping, and preparation of monthly, quarterly and/or annual reporting.<br>&nbsp;<br>Must have National Incident Management System (NIMS) certification (level to be determined by job classification requirements), or obtain within one year of employment.<br>&nbsp;<br><strong>In addition to meeting the minimum qualifications listed above, an individual must be able to perform each of the established essential functions in order to perform this job successfully.</strong></p><p style="margin: 0; text-align: justify"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p>
