Job Description
In your new role you will:
  • Drive harmonization and simplification of time management processes across countries and platforms
  • Design, own and govern the gobal framework for process and services, ensuring alignment with business needs
  • Define and maintain global standards, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance
  • Monitor process performance using KPIs and initiate continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with local HR teams, Shared Services, IT, Payroll, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution and integration
  • Consult when it comes to compliance with local labor laws, collective agreements, and internal controls
  • Act as the primary contact for audits, risk assessments, and internal/external compliance reviews
  • Provide expert input into system design and enhancements
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and training for HR teams and business stakeholders while evaluating and considering suitable market trends


Your Profile
You are a natural team player who can quickly establish successful cooperation with team members and stakeholders. You are proactive, take the initiative and overcome challenging or new situations with creative solutions. Furthermore, you have high-quality standards for your work, a process-orientated and strong analytical skills that support your attention to detail.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,  or a similar field
  • At least +5 years of relevant expertise in global time management processes
  • Technical knowledge and understanding of Time Management Solutions 
  • Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end HR processes
  • Experience in process mapping and lean methodology
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across global and local HR, IT, Legal, and external vendors
  • Ability to lead cross-functional projects and change initiatives in a global environment with local topics
  • Fluent in English and German
