Senior Global Data Manager

Job Overview
As a Clinical Data Management Lead you will independently manage the delivery of data management services for single/multi-service projects ensuring quality deliverables are provided on time and within budget. You will provide leadership and vision to the Clinical Data Management (CDM) team ensuring high-quality data management products that meet customer needs. Your role will involve project planning execution close-out financial management and communications while complying with Good Clinical Practices (GCPs) and regulatory guidelines.

Essential Functions

• Key responsibilities related to Client Management, Service Management, Financial Management and Business Development Support.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on data management deliverables.

• Manage multiple large studies or programs providing leadership and support to Data Team Leads (DTLs).

• Ensure open communication with customers and IQVIA management to meet contractual obligations.

• Independently manage DM service delivery ensuring quality and compliance with agreed specifications.

• Implement proactive quality management plans and drive service improvements.

• Manage financial aspects of projects including budgets and change orders.

• Support business development activities including RFP processes and pricing discussions.

• Lead process improvements and contribute to the development of new technologies or tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Clinical Biological or Mathematical Sciences or related field.

• 5+ years of direct Data Management experience with 3+ years as a Clinical Data Manager Project Lead.

• Advance English level and communication skills in the language.

• Based in Mexico, home based position.

• Proven competence in managing delivery of multiple global trials through the full Data Managemenr life-cycle.

• Expert data management skills and advanced knowledge of the processes.

• Experience in handling complex customer negotiations and bid defense meetings.

• Knowledge of Medical Terminology Pharmacology Anatomy and Physiology.

• Excellent communication interpersonal and project management skills.

• Ability to work independently and establish effective working relationships.
