The Role & Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of NAV reporting pack for Private Equity funds Private Equity based on frequency as required by Clients. Possibility of review as well.

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual Account /Financial Statements and at such frequency as required by clients. Possibility of review as well.

• Preparation of Annual and Quater Tax returns, TDS Filling and any other filings with the Mauritius Revenue Authority

• Liaise with auditors to ensure timely completion of audits.

• Involves in Transfer Agency transaction as and when required.

• Overall responsibility for client relationship, inquiries and meetings.

Skills Required:

• Around 4-5 years of accounting working experience (Fund industry experience would be an advantage).

• ACCA qualified or partly qualified or any equivalent qualification.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Experience on Fund accounting software (either Investran, Efront, ) will be an advantage.

• Excellent time and organisational skills to work and meet agreed tight deadlines.

• Good interpersonal communication skills.

• Organised, accurate and willing to learn and take on new tasks.

• Team Player.
