Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily fund accounting operations and client deliverables.
  • Review and prepare NAV calculations for AIF Category III funds on a daily/monthly basis.
  • Perform cash, position, and market value reconciliations and resolve breaks.
  • Review portfolio valuations in line with SEBI and IFSCA guidelines.
  • Monitor corporate actions, dividend, and interest reconciliations.
  • Handle management fee, financing fee accruals, and fund capital activities.
  • Review month-end NAVs, investor allocations, and performance fee calculations.
  • Support audits, regulatory reporting, and financial statement preparation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, auditors, clients, and stakeholders globally.
  • Drive automation initiatives, process improvements, and team development.

Required Skills & Experience

✅ Strong experience in AIF Category III Funds and Domestic Mutual Funds
✅ Knowledge of valuation of equities, derivatives, debt instruments, bonds, debentures, and unlisted securities
✅ Expertise in Performance Fee Calculations, Series Accounting, and Equalization
✅ Qualification: M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA
✅ Advanced Excel proficiency
✅ Experience with Paxus (preferred)
✅ Strong analytical, reconciliation, and client communication skills
✅ Team management and people development experience
