Senior Functional Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O

Seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Finance and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules with 3+ Years of experience to lead ERP implementations, solution design, configuration, testing, and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end D365 F&O implementations.
• Gather business requirements and conduct Fit-Gap analysis.
• Configure Finance and SCM modules.
• Prepare functional design documents and support data migration.
• Coordinate with technical teams for integrations and customizations.
• Support UAT, user training, Go-Live, and post-implementation support.
• Provide functional guidance and best practices to stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in D365 Finance (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, Budgeting).
• Strong expertise in SCM (Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, Sales, Master Planning).
• Experience with LCS, Azure DevOps, Electronic Reporting (ER), and Power Platform.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field. ACCA or CA
• 3+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Experience in multiple full lifecycle D365 F&O implementations.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant certification is preferred.
