Your Day-to-Day

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web and/or mobile applications for production environments.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into reliable technical solutions.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on cloud platforms while ensuring performance, scalability, and system availability.
• Optimize relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and implement caching strategies to improve application performance.
• Ensure system security, reliability, and code quality by following engineering best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing technical knowledge, reviewing code, and driving engineering excellence.

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development for production environments.
• Strong proficiency in modern frontend and backend technologies, frameworks, and libraries.
• Experience working with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL), caching systems, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about building secure, scalable, and high-quality software solutions.
