Job responsibilities:

• Understands and strictly adheres to Rules and Regulations established in the Employee Handbook and the hotel's policies concerning fire, hygiene, health and safety

• Prepares specialty items table side when ordered by customers in timely manner

• Efficiently handles and solves any concerns and questions from customers

Job requirements:

• Minimum 1 year previous food serving experience is preferred, with 6 months experience in an upscale restaurant, a plus

• Form 3 or above

• Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift
