Job description
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will have the opportunity to partner with stakeholders, support key financial planning and analysis activities, and contribute to automation initiatives that improve efficiency and decision-making. This role offers broad exposure to sales compensation, financial reporting, analytics, and treasury-related processes, while providing opportunities to build expertise in data visualization, process improvement, and digital transformation. Position Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end monthly sales compensation processes, including payroll processing, journal entries, and compensation statement generation.
  • Maintain employee and compensation data, support onboarding activities, and ensure data accuracy across reporting processes.
  • Prepare compensation and financial reports to support business leaders in decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasting tools, and reporting solutions to support planning and analysis activities.
  • Drive automation and process improvement initiatives, including the development of Power BI dashboards and reporting tools to enhance efficiency, scalability, and business insights.
  • Provide support for treasury-related reporting, entries, and analytical processes as transformation initiatives continue to evolve.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), financial reporting, sales compensation, payroll support, or related finance functions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, modeling, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional designation.
  • Experience developing financial models and reporting solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI dashboards and data visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Power Apps, automation tools, or programming/coding concepts.
  • Experience supporting process improvement, transformation, or automation initiatives within finance functions.
  • Exposure to treasury operations, sales compensation, or payroll-related processes.
