We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team in Italy. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys transforming data into strategic insights and partnering with business leaders to drive performance and growth.
As a trusted finance business partner, you will play a key role in financial planning, reporting, analysis, and decision support, ensuring high-quality financial information is available to support business objectives. Based on the responsibilities and requirements outlined in
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the timely and accurate submission of financial reports and planning deliverables.
- Support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and monthly performance reviews.
- Deliver insightful analysis on revenue, margins, operating expenses, balance sheet performance, and profitability.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Partner closely with commercial, operational, and finance stakeholders across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial processes, controls, and reporting standards.
- Support audits, statutory closes, and interactions with shared services and regional finance teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and financial analysis tools.
G/L account and balance reconciliation, continuous partnership with Corporate Finance Service, Balance Sheet forecast specifically AR and Liabilities
What You'll Bring
Education
- Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience & Skills
- Strong experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), controlling, or business finance.
- Advanced analytical capabilities and experience working with large datasets.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems such as Hyperion or similar platforms.
- Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and results orientation.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
