The Cloud Go-to-Market Finance team ensures that Cloud Sales, Services and Marketing organizations make sound financial decisions. We are an important partner and independent advisor to the Cloud commercial leaders, providing them financial, analytical and strategic insight.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US: $141000 - $206000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
- Lead monthly forecasting by aligning Sales, Operations, and Product Finance to consolidate metrics (seats, business, bookings). Automate models, dashboards, and reports for faster, deeper insights.
- Serve as a trusted financial advisor to Sales, Operations, and Marketing leadership. Present financial narratives and track Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) in key business reviews.
- Conduct in-depth analyses on performance, profitability, and strategic priorities to guide executive decision-making.
- Foster strong alignment across regional finance, product finance, and cross-functional teams to share knowledge, refine processes, and execute joint initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
- Experience executing full-cycle FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling within a multinational company setting.
- Experience with programming (i.e. SQL).
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's, Master's degree, or equivalent degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience in finance FP&A, management consulting, corporate strategy or similar.
- Understanding of cloud industry or SaaS/subscription business models.
- Ability to communicate, influence, and form strong working relationships with business partners.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills including comfort with SQL/business intelligence platform and ambiguous data exploration.
