Working in a lab environment, you will leverage your scientific and engineering knowledge, along with cutting-edge equipment.

Minimum Qualifications

Ph.D. degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Polymer Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experienced in using chemistry analysis tools such as FTIR, GC-MS, ToF-SIMS, etc.
Fluent in English with strong communication skills, including the ability to seek direction, listen to feedback, and convey complex findings concisely and understandably.

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of industry experience with specialized expertise in material characterization and hardware failure analysis.
Proven experience managing a lab environment and mentoring a team of high-performing engineers or scientists.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapt seamlessly to shifting business priorities, and rapidly master new analytical techniques.
Highly organized with a proven ability to balance and manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
Exceptional collaborative skills, with a proven ability to partner seamlessly across global, cross-functional engineering teams.
Willingness to leverage AI-assisted analytics tools to identify defect issues and accelerate root cause analysis.
